Since 1995, Gilda Stigliano has been assisting New Hampshire residents find their dream homes. After working for a number of years with a local firm, Gilda received her Real Estate Broker’s license in 2002 and opened her own business focusing primarily on executive and professional relocations in Hillsborough, Merrimack and Rockingham counties (although she is happy to travel outside of those areas to find her clients the perfect home!). Since then, 95% of her transactions have been professional relocations with continued relationships between her clients – both renters and landlords – as they search for properties to rent or seek new tenants. After working with clients on rentals, Gilda also works with her clients/customers to purchase their dream homes or sell their rental properties.
After working for many years as a physician recruiter, Gilda has honed a unique skill set that allows her to ask pointed questions to discern her clients/customers values and lifestyles quickly. As a result, she has had a stunning history of success with putting the right matches together (i.e.: the right home with the right family). Additionally, Gilda values her clients’ values, lifestyle, and time above all else, carefully selecting a list of properties to show them in communities that meet their requirements so that they can make their relocation decisions as quickly and smoothly as possible. Living and working within her primary region of focus has provided Gilda with a wealth of information regarding recreation and family activities, and local resources (such as educational and medical resources, landscapers, plowing companies, etc.). She’s also very familiar with the different personalities of various communities and will be able to help you find the perfect location whether you’re looking for the ideal family town, a city with a bustling foodie scene, and everything in between.
When she’s not working with renters and landlords, Gilda enjoys spending time with her daughter and grandson enjoying all that their hometown of Milford, NH (in Hillsborough county) has to offer or traveling to enjoy the landscape and culture of other countries. She strongly believes that a life well-lived includes giving back to the local community and she has volunteered with the Red Cross, as well as one-on-one with local families and individuals to provide financial, emotional, and material support through trying times.
