As a landlord and residential developer throughout southern NH, I have many executive level developments of which some homes I make available for lease. Throughout many years I entrusted Gilda Stigliano Real Estate to bring executive level meticulous renters for many of my homes I have leased and very glad I did. Gilda continues to bring me the caliber of tenants I am looking for to lease to. Most I understand are tenants relocating for professional or personal reasons to the MA/ NH area only to reside in New Hampshire. She has been successful in meeting my standards, she is diligent, professional, personable and has kept me informed during the process. I believe she has pleased not only me but the tenants as well considering she is skilled in bringing the ideal match together. I highly recommend her rental services.
